Power of Attorney for the Care of Children(for Single Parent/One Custodial Parent) –This document allows a single parent(called the “Principal” or “Grantor”) of one or more children, who has full/sole legal custody of the child/children to appoint another person to act as his or her Attorney-in-Fact to care for the child/children on a temporary basis (i.e. for a limited time).
